Cherry/Peanut Butter Smoothie

One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a smoothie.  We didn’t have any bananas this morning, but I made do.  Besides the cherries and peanut butter, there was whey protein powder in the smoothie; and to give it a little zing, I added an orange flavored Emergen-C packet.   Some supplements were added as well.

Supplements added to the smoothie:
Acidophilus
Vit. D
Cordyceps and Reishi mushroom powder (chocolate flavored)
Also, the whey protein powder has fish oil and flax oil in it
