Recently, when I purchased a skein of Red Heart yarn, there was a pattern on the wrapper for a beautiful shawl. It was called Comforting Charity Shawl. On the Red Heart website, it simply goes by Comforting Shawl. The pattern says intermediate but is really quite simple, though I did have to get Christy's help reading it. Once I got the hang of it though, it went simply and fast. The picture is not really clear, but you can get an idea what it looks like and of the beautiful fan pattern for the stitches. I also made a puff stitch flower pin to fasten the shawl in front.
